Gift Aid your donation to raise 25% more!

Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, we can get an extra 25 pence from HM Revenue & Customs, helping your gift go further.

If a donor makes charitable donations which in aggregate are not more than 4 times the tax paid (on income or capital gains) in that tax year, we are able to claim Gift Aid on their donation to us, enhancing the value of a gift to HLSI by 25% and potentially allowing donors to claim on tax returns, according to circumstances.

I would like HLSI to treat all donations I have made in the last 4 years and those I make in future as Gift Aid donations until further notice. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
